Riverelands provides grooming services in Antalya, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, hair styling, and grooming packages. Services are delivered according to the selection made during booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺).
• Payment is accepted in cash or via approved digital payment methods at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the booked service.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your appointment.
• Inform staff of any specific style preferences or grooming concerns before the service.
• Maintain a respectful environment for staff and other clients.

6. Liability

• Riverelands provides services with professional care. Any issues must be reported immediately.
• Riverelands is not responsible for pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or other personal sensitivities.

• Client information collected during booking or visits is protected under our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared without consent.
